This week, I chose two songs. Rules are meant to be broken, eh?
"World, Hold On (Children of the Sky)" & "Love Generation" by Bob Sinclar
In my mind, these songs are twins; they go hand in hand. Whenever I played them, it was always back to back. I was going through a bit of a house music phase when they were released (too many nights spent dancing 'til 4 am at college bars). These songs always put me in an upbeat mood. The lyrics, beats & vocals are all pretty great. I just want to twirl around with a bottle of champagne (that's exactly what I was doing on most nights in 2006).
