Luxe Living: The Chameleon House. Son Vida, Spain.
I'm the type of person who truly appreciates the ambiance that good lighting can create. For that reason, I think this home is absolutely spectacular. Its Mallorca location doesn't hurt either.
$31,762,165
Son Vida, Spain
7 Bedrooms
8 Baths
6,500 sq. ft.
From Christie's International Real Estate:
The Chameleon House charms with a fascinating interplay of extraordinary light effects. Tones of subtle, refined, and soft light dance in various forms throughout the home, offering a visual treat. More than half of the façade is made of fine crystal glass, on the surface of which the sophisticated LED technology performs miracles of light variations. The one-of-a-kind design commands a unique environment. The Chameleon House is located on one of the most beautiful spots on the island. In the urban hub of Son Vida, perched atop a hill, the home invites owners to enjoy its breathtaking views of the sea and the port of Palma de Mallorca.
