Meditation via pleiadiantalk
I'm new to meditation but this video put me into an absolute state of relaxation. I felt myself being levitated above my bed as well as my head rocking back and forth. I'm curious to read more about these types of occurances during meditation. I'm truly astonished at its power.
FROM EDWARD ALEXANDER (Maggador):
@kristaselene Yes, you experienced a partial out of body experience (Astral projection) and briefly had a moment of awarness & consciousness in your astral body, instead of your physical body, where it was moving a bit "out of synch" with the physical body. This is a very good thing, and also a sign that doing astral projections should be fairly easy for you, feel free to contact me if you want more information and assistance on this topic. Cheers
This message confirmed what my instincts told me. It also aligned with much of the information available online. I consider myself to be pretty attuned to my feelings and emotions. I'm glad to know that meditation and astral projection might be something that will benefit me spiritually.

Coast to Coast
I'm currently laying in bed with a glass of red wine and a flickering candle to my right, my precious shih-tzu, Ireland, to my left and Coast to Coast AM streaming through my speakers. It's quite the picture of relaxation and a prime example of my idea of perfection. Tonight's show is focusing on people's experiences with Mothman. My boyfriend, George Noory (I seriously have a crush on the man), is off tonight but George Knapp is doing a nice job with hosting.
If you haven't heard of or never listened to Coast to Coast AM, I can't recommend it enough. I've been a fan for many years. When I was in college, I would often come home from the bar, take a bubblebath and listen to the show. I'm fascinated by the supernatural realm and all of the topics that the program covers (UFOs, conspiracy theories, science/technology, ghosts, etc). The guests are well-informed and the listeners who call-in are always intriguing (open lines are often some of the best segments). The show also plays some pretty good bumper music. Since I'm a night owl, I'm naturally alert when the show airs. Listening to Coast to Coast is definitely one of my favorite things in the world!
