Dear Diary

Today, I took a peek inside my diary from when I was in middle school- mortifying. The guy I was pining over is still friends with me but just got engaged. Everyone seems to be getting married or having kids. I sometimes still feel like that 12-year-old little girl. I don't want to grow up just yet.

Facebook Exchange of the Day

One of my best friends, Valerie, never ceases to amuse me. She's a Gemini (June 11th) and I'm an Aquarius (February 1st), so we get along perfectly. We have similar interests and share the same twisted sense of humor. A lot of the girls we went to high school with are getting married, so we often joke about being single. I always say that by the time I get married, the only girls left to catch the bouquet will be the flower girls or divorcees. Don't get me wrong, getting married is definitely what I want for myself... just not anytime soon. I mean, I'm only 25! I thought this posting was too cute not to share with my fellow single ladies...
