I was reading a beauty blog when I came across a post raving about these so-called condom heels or heel condoms... whichever. Call me crazy, but those mint green ones are adorable. Would I wear it on any day other than Halloween? Probably not but they are kind of artistic in an infomercial, gimicky sort of way.
