Halloween Make-Up!

Every so often, I browse MakeUpGeek's contest forum. Sometimes, I enter the artistry contests but mostly, I'm inspired by the talent that is on the boards. One particular artist's submissions always stand out to me. Her name is Heidi Larsen and she's an extremely talented makeup artist from Norway.
